As we step into August, we’re reminded that God is always inviting us deeper—into trust, into partnership, into purpose. This month, we begin a new series Partners – Faithful Stewards. Fruitful Lives.

Together, we’ll explore how the Spirit leads us to be faithful stewards—not just of our finances, but of our time, gifts, and lives. Rooted in 2 Corinthians 8–9, this four-week journey invites us to see with Kingdom eyes, and to live with open hands and mission-minded hearts. 

We excited to invite you to a special C3 Area Gathering with Ps Lars and Megan Halvorsen, hosted at C3 Belconnen on Sunday, August 17, 4pm food for a 430pm – 6pm service. The last time Ps Lars and Megan were with us was a significant time of encouragement and refreshing many of us left feeling deeply strengthened in both spirit and purpose. They carry a timely word and a pastoral heart that always lifts the room.

There’s something unique and faith-building about coming together as one church family across locations. There is childminding for $5 per family: Register for childminding here.

We have a number of new connect groups looking to get started soon – reach out if you would be interested in any of the following:

Mum’s Connect (Kids Under 5) – Friday Mornings
A relaxed group for mums to connect while little ones play nearby. It’s a space to share the highs and lows of motherhood, encourage each other, and build friendship and faith together.

Young Adults
A welcoming space for young adults to connect, grow in faith, and do life together. Expect good chats, real questions, and community that walks with you through this season.

Women Sharing Life Over a Meal
Women gathering over a meal to share stories, laugh, and speak honestly about life and faith. It’s simple, nourishing, and deeply connecting.

C3 Cares provides free community morning tea, connection, and pantry item support on the 2nd and 4th Fridays of every month during the school term.

As the practice that brings us regularly into fellowship with God and deepens our unity with each other, our prayer with each other is powerful in shaping us as a community. Join us as we open our building for regular times of morning prayer.

Every 4th Sunday of the month, we gather at homes across Canberra. A chance to deepen connection; sharing in morning tea or lunch while enjoying our online church service.

We also run a home church experience on these weeks at our 184 Clive Street Ave location at 10:00 am. Find a Home Church here or reach out via the office.

We’re excited to launch our new GroKids teaching theme, inspired by The Jesus Storybook Bible by Sally Lloyd-Jones! This beautiful resource shows that “every story whispers His name”—revealing Jesus as the centre of the whole Bible, from beginning to end.

Our final GroKids session for Term 2 will be Sunday 6th July.
During the School Holidays (13th & 20th July), GroKids will join us in the auditorium. Kids can sit at tables for quiet art and craft or board games, or stay with you and use kid-friendly sermon notes pages on clipboards to help them engage with the message..

Final youth for term 2 is Friday 4 July – can’t wait for the Big FUN & plenty of food. Youth will kick back off on 25 July for Year 9-12s ONLY and for everyone (Year 6-12) on 1 August.
